Failure to comply with our guidelines may result in penalties, including but not limited to bans, account suspensions, or legal action.

Guidelines & Terms of Use
Anti-Cheat and Security Measures
All servers are equipped with advanced anti-cheat mechanisms tailored to each server's needs. Attempts to bypass, exploit, or tamper with these systems, including the use of malicious software (e.g., cheats, malware), the creation of harmful in-game contraptions (e.g., lag machines, redstone loops), or exploiting game glitches (e.g., duping), will result in an immediate, permanent ban.
Community Rules Compliance
Players are required to adhere to the community rules of the server and any associated platforms (e.g., Discord, Guilded, etc.), including interactions with other players and content shared on these platforms.
DoS/DDoS Attacks
Engaging in or attempting DoS/DDoS attacks will result in:
Immediate and permanent IP blacklisting.
Public disclosure of relevant information (e.g., username) to server administrators for enforcement of bans.
Possible involvement of cybersecurity authorities in extreme cases.
Dox Attacks
Sharing or attempting personal information (e.g., real names, addresses, or other private details) of other players without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
Impersonation and Fraudulent Behavior
Impersonating other players or server staff is strictly prohibited. This includes using similar usernames, skins, or any other in-game methods to deceive others into thinking you are someone else, especially if it’s done to mislead, cause confusion, or disrupt gameplay. Any attempt to impersonate others for malicious purposes will result in disciplinary action.
Scamming and Fraud
Scamming, fraud, or any deceptive practices (including but not limited to: phishing, account hijacking, or scams involving real money), whether in-game or externally, are prohibited. Significant violations will be investigated thoroughly, and cybersecurity experts may be involved for investigation and enforcement.
Malicious Software, and Contraptions
The use, distribution, or creation of any malicious tools, including software (e.g., cheats, malware, or other harmful programs), in-game contraptions (e.g., lag machines, redstone loops, or other devices designed to harm server performance or disrupt gameplay), or exploits such as duping (intentionally duplicating items through game bugs or glitches), with malicious intent, is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a permanent ban, with public disclosure of relevant information to server administrators for enforcement purposes.
Account Sharing, and Security
Sharing, trading, or distributing accounts, passwords, or other login credentials is strictly prohibited. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, and any compromise due to negligence will be treated as a violation.
Enforcement, and Appeals
Violations of these rules may result in permanent bans or other actions deemed necessary by the administrators. Players have the right to appeal any ban or punishment within two weeks. Appeals will be reviewed by the server administrators in a fair and transparent manner, and their decision will be final.
Jurisdiction, and Dispute Resolution
Due to the global nature of the player base, players agree that any disputes will be subject to the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Players must first attempt to resolve any disputes through the appointed server authority (SRA). If the dispute is not resolved by the SRA, players may then pursue legal action in the appropriate court, in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
Privacy Facts & Data Handling
Age Restriction
I only allow users who are 13 years or older to join my servers.
IP Address Logging
IP addresses are automatically logged as part of the server's normal operation due to system constraints.
These logs are not actively monitored or used unless a severe rule violation occurs (e.g., DoS/DDoS attacks or hacking attempts).
In the event of a violation, logged IPs may be shared with:
Relevant admins/owners to enforce bans.
Cybersecurity enforcement authorities if necessary.
IP logs are otherwise kept private and not shared with anyone.
Discord Linking
If you link your Discord account to play on the server, we will log your Discord ID, Discord username, and Minecraft UUID in our database for identification and authentication purposes.
UUID Logging
Your Minecraft UUID is logged and stored in our database when you join the server.
In some cases, your Minecraft avatar may be cached to help speed up server loading times.
Chat Logging
Any communication on one of Our servers, including private messages (e.g., whispers), is automatically logged as part of server operations.
These logs are not actively monitored or shared with anyone unless a severe rule violation occurs (e.g., harassment, threats, or other violations requiring investigation).
In such cases, chat logs may be reviewed by relevant admins/owners solely for enforcement purposes.
Otherwise, all chat logs remain private and are not used for any other purpose.
Affiliation and Third-Party Services
We are not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or any other third-party services.
If you use third-party services, such as custom launchers, you agree to abide by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Data Usage and Retention
I retain your data solely for the purpose of server management, account verification, and rule enforcement.
Any personal information logged will not be used for marketing purposes or sold to third parties.
Data Security
I take reasonable measures to ensure that your data is stored securely. However, no data storage method is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Disclosure
We do not share your data with third parties, except for the necessary sharing of IP addresses and user details with relevant admins/owners to enforce rules, or in the case of severe security breaches involving cybersecurity authorities.
Data Access
You have the right to request access to your data stored by us, as well as request its deletion. This can be done by contacting [email protected] directly.
Changes to Privacy Practices
We reserve the right to update or modify this privacy policy. Any significant changes will be communicated to users via the server’s official communication channels (e.g., Discord or in-game announcements).
